From West Monroe, Louisiana, Sadie revealed that her beloved grandmother, Kay Robertson, is now in a serious state of physical and emotional decline following an emotional breakdown brought on by the recent death of her husband, Phil Robertson.
The news has sent a wave of sorrow through the Robertson family’s extended community, as fans, friends, and loved ones rally around “Miss Kay,” who has long been cherished as the heart of the family — known for her steadfast love, nurturing spirit, and unwavering faith.
“She’s not doing well,” Sadie wrote. “Our sweet Kay is heartbroken, and it’s showing in her body now. Please, we need your prayers more than ever.”
According to Sadie’s message, Miss Kay has been experiencing extreme fatigue, disorientation, and bouts of silence, rarely speaking since Phil’s passing.
